Welcome to Yoga Beyond – I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Kelsey, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and yoga therapist in training.

Yoga has changed every part of my life — the way I move, breathe, and meet myself in each moment. It’s shown me that growth doesn’t happen just on the mat; it happens in how we live, listen, and connect with others.

Through Yoga Beyond, I offer thoughtfully designed retreats and experiences that explore yoga as a full, living practice — blending movement, mindfulness practices, and nature to help you remember that you are already whole.
